Vietnamese Style Grilled Pork

2 lbs pork shoulder roast, cut into thin pieces across the grain, about ⅛” to ¼” thick
½ cup fish sauce
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp sriracha sauce

Add all ingredients except pork in a stainless steel or glass bowl. Mix well.

Place sliced pork into marinade toss well to coat then place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Remove pork from marinade and allow to drain for a few minutes. 

Place pork on preheated grill (barbeque for those of you in Canada) and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked to your liking. Do not overcook please!!!!!!

This is soooo good it should be illegal to eat.  It is a hit in my house and friends will walk great distances to enjoy a feed of it. At least a block or so.  Okay half a block, but the do come.
